Overview

Coral Reef Restaurant is one of EPCOT’s most visually distinctive table-service spots, built around massive aquarium views and an underwater dining-room feel. It serves seafood-forward American fare, but there are also chicken, beef, and allergy-friendly options, so it works for more than just seafood fans.

Atmosphere

This restaurant is all about the setting.

Expect:

A dimmer, cool-toned dining room

Large aquarium windows

Fish, sharks, sea turtles, and rays swimming past your table

A calmer, more atmospheric vibe than a loud character meal

It feels more relaxing and scenic than flashy.

Location: World Nature – attached to The Seas pavilion, where guests dine beside the aquarium at The Seas with Nemo & Friends.

Menu

Coral Reef’s current dinner menu includes a mix of seafood dishes, a few land-based entrées, tropical flavors, and classic desserts.

Current offerings include:

Lobster Bisque

Mojo Chicken

Shrimp Fettuccine

Surf and Turf

Key West Sunset

The restaurant also currently offers non-alcoholic drinks like Pineapple Sunset and The Shark Tank, plus zero-proof cocktails.

Info

Cuisine: American and seafood

Price: $$–$$$ (current menu examples run from about $28–$45 for entrées, with desserts around $10–$11)

Dining Type: Table-service, à la carte; advance reservations are highly recommended

Mobile Order: No – this is currently listed as a table-service restaurant rather than a mobile-order location.

Seating: Fully indoor seating with aquarium views

Allergen Notes: Disney currently provides allergy-friendly menu listings here and notes that guests should speak with a Cast Member about allergy-friendly requests. Cross-contact still cannot be guaranteed. Seafood is a major menu focus, but there are allergy-friendly marked dishes available.

Tips

  • This is best for guests who care about atmosphere as much as food.

  • Requesting a table closer to the aquarium can be worth it, though not guaranteed.

  • This is a strong pick for a slower, air-conditioned break in the middle of an EPCOT day.

  • Because it is currently listed for dinner service, it works better as an evening sit-down than a midday stop.

The Good

  • One of EPCOT’s prettiest dining rooms.

  • Aquarium views make it feel special without needing characters or gimmicks.

  • Menu has enough variety for mixed groups.

  • A nice “slow down” restaurant in a busy park.

The Not-So-Good

  • You are definitely paying partly for the view.

  • Not every table will feel equally close to the aquarium.

  • Seafood-heavy menu may not be ideal for picky eaters.

  • Can be less exciting food-wise than the setting suggests.

Conclusion

Coral Reef Restaurant is a strong pick for guests who want a memorable atmosphere and a more relaxed sit-down meal. It is especially worth considering if your group loves aquatic views and wants a dinner that feels distinctly EPCOT.
