The Experience

Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is all about celebrating Christmas the Disney way! Guests can enter Magic Kingdom beginning at 4:00 PM, giving them a little extra time to enjoy attractions, grab dinner, or simply soak up the decorations before the official party begins at 7:00 PM. Once the festivities get underway, the park fills with holiday entertainment, character experiences, special treats, and Christmas music. There is something wonderful about seeing Cinderella Castle dressed for the season, watching the Christmas parade roll down Main Street, and discovering little touches of holiday magic throughout the park. You can certainly squeeze in some rides, but the real attraction here is Christmas itself!

The Atmosphere

This is the kind of Christmas celebration that makes you feel like you've stepped right into a

classic holiday movie. Main Street U.S.A. glows beneath wreaths, garlands, and festive lights, while cheerful holiday music fills the air. Cinderella Castle becomes a beautiful backdrop for Christmas photos, and the famous snowfall on Main Street brings a little winter wonderland magic to Central Florida. There are plenty of beautiful Christmas decorations at Walt Disney World, but Magic Kingdom has a way of making everything feel especially nostalgic. It's cheerful, colorful, and wonderfully traditional, with just enough Disney magic to make even the biggest Scrooge crack a smile.

Shows & Entertainment

The entertainment is one of the biggest reasons to attend Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party! Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade brings dancing gingerbread men, marching toy soldiers, beloved Disney characters, and Santa Claus through Magic Kingdom in a joyful Christmas procession. Minnie Mouse takes over the nighttime sky with Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Show, featuring beautiful fireworks and favorite holiday music. Mickey's Most Merriest Celebration fills the Cinderella Castle stage with singing, dancing, and familiar Disney friends. There are also festive character experiences, holiday dance parties, and additional seasonal entertainment throughout the park.

Food & Drinks

What would a Christmas party be without something sweet? Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party includes complimentary cookies and festive beverages at designated treat locations, making it easy to enjoy a little Christmas snack while exploring the park. Disney also offers a large selection of specialty holiday food and drinks available for purchase. From comforting savory dishes to peppermint desserts and gingerbread creations, there are

plenty of tempting options. The 2026 menu includes returning favorites such as the Holiday Pot Roast Melt and Nice List Shake, along with new creations including Gingerbread Cheesecake Beignets. Just remember that the specialty menu items cost extra, so save a little room in your Christmas budget!

Complimentary Christmas Cookies & Festive Drinks 🍪

What's a Christmas party without cookies and hot chocolate? One of the sweetest traditions at Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is stopping by designated treat stations throughout Magic Kingdom for complimentary Christmas cookies and festive beverages! These holiday goodies are included with your party admission, making them a wonderful little extra while enjoying the Christmas magic. There's something especially cozy about sipping a warm drink and enjoying a cookie beneath the twinkling lights of Main Street U.S.A.!

Character Experiences

Meeting Disney characters in their holiday outfits is part of what makes this event feel so special! Mickey and his friends get into the Christmas spirit, offering guests opportunities to capture some wonderful holiday memories. Santa's Christmas Carnival brings extra holiday cheer to Storybook Circus, including a chance to celebrate with Santa Claus. Guests can also enjoy seasonal character experiences throughout the park. These greetings can be especially popular, so prioritize any must-meet characters early in your evening. And if your Christmas card needs a little Disney magic, this is certainly the place to find it!

Merchandise & Holiday Extras 🎁

What's Christmas at Magic Kingdom without a little holiday shopping? Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party features exclusive merchandise celebrating the season, including festive apparel, Christmas-themed Mickey ears, collectible ornaments, and other adorable keepsakes. The 2026 collection features Mickey, Minnie, and their holiday friends in cheerful Christmas designs that capture the fun and nostalgia of the celebration. You'll find the party-exclusive merchandise at the Emporium on Main Street U.S.A., but popular items can sell out, so shopping early is a good idea. Whether you're looking for a special souvenir or a little Christmas gift for yourself, there's plenty of Disney holiday cheer to bring home!
