Stepping into Mitsukoshi is like entering a mini Japanese marketplace — vibrant, eclectic, and full of treasures you never knew you needed. It’s EPCOT’s largest international shop, and easily one of the most beloved.

🛍️ The Experience

Mitsukoshi has everything: Japanese snacks, collectible figures, Pokémon merch, traditional kimonos, incense, chopsticks, lucky charms, stationery, plushies, swords (yes, swords), beauty products, and the iconic Pick-a-Pearl station. It’s part gift shop, part cultural immersion, part kid-in-a-candy-store magic.

📍 The Location

Inside the Japan Pavilion, beneath the main pagoda.

👍 The Good

  • Massive variety of authentic Japanese goods

  • Best selection of unique snacks in EPCOT

  • Pick-a-Pearl is a must-do experience

  • Great for anime, Studio Ghibli, and Pokémon fans

👎 The Not-So-Good

  • Very crowded on evenings and weekends

  • Hard to browse every section in one visit

  • Some collectibles are pricey

💡 Tips

  • Don’t skip the snack aisle — it’s full of fun surprises

  • Pick-a-Pearl makes an amazing souvenir

  • Explore the back corners for hidden gems

  • If you love Ghibli, this shop is a treasure trove

Final Thoughts

Mitsukoshi is EPCOT’s ultimate shopping adventure — fun, immersive, and full of unforgettable finds.
