America may be known for barbecue, but EPCOT made it Regal. Named after Sam Eagle from The Muppets, this smokehouse is unapologetically patriotic — and unexpectedly delicious.

🍽️ The Experience

Imagine a Fourth of July cookout done by people who actually know how to smoke meat. Brisket, ribs, pulled pork, mac & cheese, beer flights, and sauces representing different U.S. regions. It’s hearty without being sloppy, and the theming strikes the perfect balance between Americana pride and Muppet humor.

📍 The Location

In the American Adventure Pavilion, centrally placed in World Showcase.

👍 The Good

  • Shockingly good BBQ

  • Indoor and outdoor seating

  • Unique regional sauces = flavor adventure

  • Craft beers pair beautifully with the menu

👎 The Not-So-Good

  • Heavy meals + Florida heat = brave choice

  • Sauces can be hit-or-miss depending on taste

  • Limited plant-based options

💡 Tips

  • Try the Memphis dry rub ribs or brisket

  • Grab a beer flight — it’s a sleeper hit

  • Lot of indoor seating, but still fills up at peak dining times. Come a little earlier or later to find a spot without much trouble.

Final Thoughts

Regal Eagle is smoky, saucy, unapologetically American, and absolutely worth it.
