If you want a calm, cool break from EPCOT’s energy, SeaBase is the perfect escape — a massive, 5.7-million-gallon aquarium filled with marine animals, exhibits, and gentle water theming.

🐟 The Experience

Guests can explore multi-level viewing windows filled with rays, sharks, sea turtles, and schools of fish. Exhibits include manatee rehab, dolphin training areas (not always visible), and hands-on learning stations. It’s peaceful, slow-paced, and great for families.

📍 The Location

Inside The Seas Pavilion, accessible after riding The Seas with Nemo & Friends or via a separate entrance.

👍 The Good

  • Indoor and air-conditioned

  • Tons of animals and viewing areas

  • Educational and family-friendly

  • Great break from the sun

👎 The Not-So-Good

  • Can get crowded on rainy days

  • Not a ride — purely walk-through

  • Some exhibits rotate or are temporarily closed

💡 Tips

  • Visit late morning before crowds increase

  • The manatees are easiest to spot from upper viewing windows

  • Great place to relax while kids explore

ℹ️ Info

🕒 Experience Type: Indoor aquarium

Final Thoughts

SeaBase is serene, cool, and full of ocean wonder — one of EPCOT’s best spots to slow down, learn, and enjoy the sea life around you.
