If EPCOT’s Japan Pavilion is known for incredible dining, Shiki-Sai is one of the top — a vibrant, colorful celebration of Japanese festivals and cuisine.

🍽️ The Experience

Shiki-Sai offers a massive, beautifully crafted sushi menu, grilled skewers, small bites, and Japanese entrees. Seasonal festival theming brings lanterns, cultural decor, and rotating dishes inspired by Japan’s celebrations.

The sushi is fresh and artfully prepared, with rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and shareable platters. It’s one of EPCOT’s most exciting dining additions — lively, flavorful, and visually stunning.

📍 The Location

Upper level of the Japan Pavilion, overlooking the World Showcase lagoon.

👍 The Good

  • Excellent sushi quality

  • Bright, celebratory atmosphere

  • Beautiful water views

  • Large, diverse menu

👎 The Not-So-Good

  • Harder reservation to snag

  • Pricey for sushi-loving families

  • Not ideal for picky eaters

💡 Tips

  • Go at sunset for breathtaking views

  • Share a sushi boat for the best value

  • Try a rotating seasonal dish — festival flavors are a highlight
