The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is back for 2026, bringing months of food, drinks, live music and festival fun to EPCOT. This year is an especially big one because the festival is celebrating its 30th anniversary, with favorites from past festivals returning alongside plenty of new dishes.

The festival takes place throughout EPCOT, with Global Marketplaces offering small plates and drinks inspired by countries and flavors from around the world. Add in live concerts, scavenger hunts, festival merchandise and special activities, and there is much more happening than simply eating your way around World Showcase.

📅 2026 Festival Dates

Dates: August 27 through November 21, 2026

Location: EPCOT

Admission: Included with regular EPCOT admission

Food & Drinks: Purchased separately

Ages: All ages, although guests must be 21 or older to purchase alcoholic beverages

You do not need a separate Food & Wine Festival ticket. Once you are inside EPCOT, you can enjoy the festival atmosphere, entertainment and activities throughout the park. Food, beverages, scavenger hunt maps, merchandise and certain other experiences cost extra.

🎉 Celebrating 30 Years

Food & Wine has been part of EPCOT since 1996, and Disney is celebrating the festival's 30th anniversary in 2026.

One of the most fun parts of the anniversary is the return of 30 dishes from Food & Wine history. Some are returning in their original form while others have been updated or reimagined. Look for special 30th anniversary markings in the Festival Passport to help spot them.

Longtime festival fans may recognize dishes that originally appeared years or even decades ago, making this year's festival a little bit of an EPCOT Food & Wine history tour.

🍴 Global Marketplaces

The Global Marketplaces are the heart of Food & Wine. Festival booths are spread around World Showcase and other areas of EPCOT, with small plates, desserts, beer, wine, cocktails and nonalcoholic drinks.

Some locations focus on a particular country, including Canada, Germany, France, Brazil, Japan and Australia. Others are built around a theme, such as Gyozas of the Galaxy, Flavors from Fire, The Fry Basket and Bramblewood Bites.

One thing to know for 2026 is that not every marketplace opens on the first day of the festival. Several locations have later opening dates, so a September or October visit may have additional choices that were not available in late August.

🎶 Eat to the Beat Concert Series

Live music returns to the America Gardens Theatre during the festival.

Eat to the Beat runs nightly from August 27 through November 16, 2026, with three performances each evening:

🎵 5:30 PM🎵 6:45 PM🎵 8:00 PM

Concerts are included with EPCOT admission and regular seating is first come, first served.

The 2026 lineup includes Hanson, Yellowcard, Fitz and the Tantrums, MercyMe, Smash Mouth, The Fray, Lauren Alaina, Boyz II Men, The Beach Boys, Grace Potter and many more.

Guests who really want to see a particular performer can also book an Eat to the Beat Concert Series Dining Package, which includes a meal and guaranteed seating for a concert that same day.

Festival Extra's

🧀 Emile's Fromage Montage

Cheese lovers have a challenge of their own during Food & Wine.

Pick up a Festival Passport and look for dishes marked as part of Emile's Fromage Montage. Purchase five qualifying cheese dishes and collect a stamp for each one.

After collecting five stamps, take your completed passport to Shimmering Sips to receive the festival completion treat.

You do not have to finish the challenge in a particular order, making this an easy activity to work into a day of exploring EPCOT.

🐭 Remy's Ratatouille Hide & Squeak

Remy's scavenger hunt returns for another year and is one of the best festival activities for families.

Purchase the scavenger hunt map and sticker set, then search EPCOT for hidden Remy

figures. Each Remy is pictured with a different ingredient. Match the correct stickers to the locations on your map as you find them.

Once you're finished, turn in the map for a festival keepsake.

It is a great way to give kids something to look for while everyone else is deciding which food booth comes next.

🧀 Cheers to Cheese at CommuniCore Hall

Beginning September 18, CommuniCore Hall gets its own cheesy addition to the festival.

The new Cheers to Cheese! interactive experience runs from September 18 through November 8 and explores the history and fun of one of the world's favorite foods.

The Wedge, hosted by Dairy Does More, joins the area with cheese plates, macaroni and cheese creations, wine pairings and a Cannoli Milk Shake.

🛍️ Festival Merchandise

Food & Wine merchandise returns with festival apparel, accessories and kitchen-inspired souvenirs.

The 2026 collection includes festival shirts, Minnie ears with culinary details, sweatshirts, hats, drinkware and other playful food-themed items.

There is also a festival Disney Gift Card wristlet. Load at least $15 onto the card and wear it around your wrist, which can make paying at multiple food booths much easier than pulling out a wallet every few minutes.

📸 Festival PhotoPass

Keep an eye out for Food & Wine PhotoPass opportunities around EPCOT.

2026 includes special festival Magic Shots featuring characters and foodie themes, including Waiter Mickey, Chef Figment, The Swedish Chef, a giant empanada and the Leaning Tower of Cheeza.

💡 Tips for EPCOT Food & Wine Festival

🌎 Pick up a Festival Passport when you arrive. It makes keeping track of booths, foods and activities much easier.

🍽️ Share dishes when possible. Marketplace portions are intentionally smaller, and sharing lets you sample much more.

🌤️ Consider doing heavier foods later in the day. August and September afternoons can still be extremely hot in EPCOT.

📱 Look through the menus before your trip and choose a few must-try foods. Trying to decide at every booth can turn a relaxing festival day into a lot of standing around reading menus.

🎶 Check the Eat to the Beat performer for your date before visiting. A favorite performer can completely change how you plan your evening.

🧀 If you're doing Emile's Fromage Montage, mark your qualifying dishes before you start eating so you don't accidentally skip one you wanted.

🗓️ Remember that some marketplaces open later in the festival. An October visit will have a few options that aren't available opening week.

🌟 Final Thoughts

The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is one of those Disney events that can be as relaxed or as busy as you want it to be. You can spend an entire day working through marketplace menus, or simply grab one or two festival dishes between rides and attractions.

For 2026, the 30th anniversary gives longtime Food & Wine fans even more reason to visit, while the marketplaces, concerts, scavenger hunts and festival extras make it easy for first-time visitors to jump right in.

The hardest part may simply be deciding what to eat first. 🍷
