Halloween Horror Nights isn’t just about the scares — it’s also about what you take home. From house-specific shirts to collectible pins, the event’s merchandise has become a tradition of its own. And at the center of it all is the Tribute Store, Universal’s ever-changing retail experience that’s part shop, part walk-through attraction.

And remember, shopping is just one part of the event. Don’t miss our HHN Houses Guide ā†—ļøĀ

Is 2025’s version worth the hype? Let’s take a closer look.

šŸšļø The Tribute Store: Artifacts Occult Gala

Each year the Tribute Store takes on a new theme, and this time it was presented as an

ā€œArtifacts Occult Gala.ā€Ā On paper, that might sound heavy, but in practice, it leaned much more into mythology than the occult. Think statues, relics, and ancient-inspired props rather than anything ritualistic or overbearing.

The concept had promise, but this year’s store felt like a big swing that didn’t quite connect. Compared to the jaw-dropping environments of past Tribute Stores, 2025’s design came across flatter, with less immersion and fewer set-piece ā€œwowā€ moments. In some ways, though, that miss is a relief: the focus stayed on the merch instead of the theming, which works well for fans who want to shop without feeling like they’ve stepped into a ritual.

šŸŖ Merch Beyond the Store

The Tribute Store may be the centerpiece, but it’s far from the only place to shop. Booths

scattered throughout the parkĀ make it easy to grab glow cups, event tees, and smaller souvenirs without trekking back to the main hub. These stands usually carry the most popular items, perfect for when you’re between houses or shows.

Another reliable stop is the Five & Dime, the permanent shop just inside the entrance of Universal Studios Florida. During HHN, it gets a seasonal makeover with racks of event shirts, pins, lanyards, and accessories often carrying the same merch as the Tribute Store without the wait. For many fans, it’s the best place to pick up souvenirs on your way in or out.

šŸŽƒ Final Take

The HHN 2025 Tribute Store may not reach the highs of years past, but it’s still worth a walkthrough. The atmosphere leaned more mythological than occult, and while the theming was a little underwhelming, the merchandise selection was strong. Combined with the booths scattered around the park and the convenience of the Five & Dime, shopping at HHN remains a welcome extra that adds to the overall experience.
